Project Updates –

🔹 Kaikorai Valley Road – 6m deep auger test holes have been successfully carried out and signed off by GEOSOLVE. This now allows application to be submitted for building consent.

💧 Gore Watermain – The pressure test passed on the first attempt, alongside the completion of the first water cut! With strategically placed sluice valves, we are minimising disruption to the residents while carrying out the water cut ins efficiently

🏥 New Health Hub – Great King Street – Our paving team are well underway, making great progress on this vital community project.

🛠️ Challis Point Subdivision – Wall 06 poles are now concreted in place, ready for lagging and drainage installation. With multiple work fronts on the go, this project is coming together quickly!

🚗 Belford Street – Asphalt has been completed on the new vehicle crossing.
