Small update for the month of January so far

DCC Slip Repairs.
Pitt street – Final touches now being carried out, job complete with a new fence installed and delapidation survey planned for next week.

Buccleugh street – Site has been established and all material removed from the slip. Test anchors installed and piles to commence next week.

Private Client.
Gladstone road – New commercial crossing installed, slot drains and driveway prepared for asphalt. Job to be completed next Friday.

McConnell Dowell
Sawyers Bay Pacakge F – Final Sewer line completed and new chip driveway for the property owner. Disestablishment to commence next week, ready for Wingatui Watermain Renewal.

Waikouaiti pump station – 180-280mm welds for the FS and Water pipes still ongoing.

Apollo Projects
Great king street 3 Water Connections – The work is being carried out within the BusHub and requires extensive Traffic Management. Also there is the requirement for deep trenching and daily hydro excavation due to the extent of services. Stormwater and Foul Sewer pipes have been installed and signed off by DCC Building Inspector.

We have surely come into 2024 and hit the ground running.
